UH80002 Burmese Silver Buddha, crafted of sheet silver over a composite clay core, depicted in padmasana with the hands in the bhumisparsa mudra seated on top of a two tiered base with edge incised decoration, the etched decoration on the image includes simple robes, brief facial features, circlets for the hair, extended ears (right missing) and usnisa. Fine condition. 19th Century. 7-1/8” High.
